Plot
During the Second World War, Casablanca becomes a refuge for people attempting to escape Nazi-occupied Europe. There, cynical American expatriate Rick Blaine runs a popular nightclub frequented by refugees, spies and political exiles from across the world.
His seemingly detached existence is disrupted when Ilsa Lund, the woman he once deeply loved, unexpectedly arrives with her husband, an important resistance leader trying to escape the Nazis. Rick must confront a painful choice between his personal happiness and a cause greater than himself. One of cinema's most iconic romantic dramas, filled with longing, sacrifice and unforgettable dialogue.
